The Arcadro Coin Pusher 365 is something I first heard about back when it was still on Kickstarter. At the time, I was looking for either a slot machine or an arcade cabinet. I ended up building and programming my own arcade cabinet, but the idea of owning a coin pusher always stayed in the back of my mind.

A few weeks ago, I finally decided to take the plunge and pre-order my own coin pusher, as there was no stock available at the time. I was a little stressed about the delivery, mostly because I haven't had the best experiences with some shipping companies, but luckily the package arrived in great condition. The unit itself was packed very well with plenty of strong padding, and all the protective film was still on the plexiglass.

After checking that the adapter had the correct voltage, I plugged it in, but nothing really happened. I opened up the back of the coin pusher and quickly discovered that there was a problem with the synchronous motor. Even with the power turned off, I could turn the motor by hand, while it should normally be very tight.

I sent a quick email while I was in full panic mode, together with a video showing the problem. Joyce responded very quickly, and a replacement motor was shipped almost immediately.

I didn't want to send the entire coin pusher back, since I'm a mechanic myself and replacing the motor looked like a very easy job. This actually gave me a good opportunity to see how well the machine is built. Everything is easy to access, which makes maintenance and replacing parts very straightforward.

After replacing the synchronous motor, I was up and running again in no time and could finally enjoy the coin pusher. And by now, my friends love it just as much as I do!

Overall, I'm really happy with the purchase. Even though I had a small issue right out of the box, it was handled quickly and without any hassle. The machine feels well built, is easy to work on, and most importantly, it's a lot of fun to have around.
